I just wanna play and have fun with people my skill level!!!!why the actual duck and i getting destroyed by people that are obviously way better then me and won't even let me put up a fight like that is just ridiculous that i cant do jack shi to other players cause they ducking jack off to the game 24/7 and have nothing better to do and epic games just wants to satisfy the good players and could give two ducks about an average person wanting to play.tgis game is sooooo horrible with cracked ass people and epic won't do anything about it

I don't know if I just don't know how this app works, or if it really is this bad. I tried to get rocket league, but whenever I clicked "get", all it did was say that I owned the game, but I can't even play it. So then I figured that I had to download epic games. When I tried to, it kept saying that it couldn't download. I don't have any problems with downloading other stuff on my pc, but of COURSE this had to be the one thing that chose not to download. This app is garbage.

I had contacted EPIC Games customer service on Saturday night when we could not get into my 10 year old son, Noah's, account d/t email verification issues. Long story short, Noah had been using his brothers (Drew) account and Drew had suddenly passed away. Noah was very emotional since this was something him and his brother had done together. The thought that he lost his brothers account was heartbreaking. Sierra Igneel helped us figure things out to get back into the account so that Noah still had it. Sierra was absolutely wonderful! It may seem silly to some people for a boy to be in tears over not getting into a gaming account but this was much bigger then that to him. Sierra, thank you so much for all of your help. Words can not express our sincere gratitude to you ❤

If I could give these guys a 0/5 I would. I don't even know where to start... Their customer service is shady & shoddy. They use fake names like Apple Cider, and they have ZERO intentions of actually helping any of their customers.
I have an account that I let me daughter use -- I do not play the game myself even though I do enjoy playing video games -- and I tried to surprise her for her bday by purchasing 2800 vbucks from their website on my phone under my account. The vbucks did not reflect on her Switch the next day so I emailed EG. In the meantime, since she was excited to use them, I ended up buying her 2800 directly through the Switch. When EG emailed me back, they explained that the purchase online doesn't actually apply to the account you purchased it for, but to the platform you purchase it on. What??? So, I responded explaining what I was trying to do and that I would need a refund for my order since I already purchased the vbucks through the Switch. "Apple Cider" refused to help and refused to have the amount refunded, then had the audacity to say he hopes it doesn't hinder me from making future purchases. Well, of course it did! I just got ripped off from this joke of a company, why on Earth would I spend more money with them. I had to let my daughter know that they will no longer be getting a single penny from me. She understood because she too was irritated by the situation.
Honestly, it's extremely unfortunate that this company is kept in business. They are only in business because of their highly addictive game. I would compare this company to a tobacco company, except it is poison for the mind.

If I could give half a star i would. They force you to log into the same account. Everything is super complicated when you on console. They have ruined rocket league for me!
